Our levels of intervention
Strategic level
It is an analysis intended to project a long-term vision of the training strategy comprising objectives per year, a skills portfolio, internal mobility needs and a career plan. Concretely, it is a question of considering the skills to be acquired in the years to follow, and establishing a priority plan with deadlines over several years.
Level of information systems
This is an analysis of the practical organization of training sessions following the strategic analysis. It is during this stage that the needs in material resources, human resources (including external stakeholders such as trainers, training organizations, service providers, etc.), and technological resources are projected.
Educational engineering level
This is the level of the approach that will involve the realization of educational scenarios and the application of the methods chosen previously. Educational engineering also responds to issues related to optimizing costs and learning paths.
