Our project management method is inspired by best practices in the field (PMI – Project Management Institute), while keeping the tools and procedures adapted to the size and deadlines of the project.

Our method adapts to take into account the constraints expressed by the client. Beyond that, the Quality Assurance Plan indicates the procedures to be followed in agreement with the client and all the concerned parties.

The main characteristics of our method are:

  1. Rigorous planning of actions to be carried out and delivered.
  2. Continuous monitoring of the achievement, verification of compliance with the plan, regulatory or corrective actions as soon as a deviation is deemed significant,

The implementation of this method will be based on two main tools: a project plan and a quality assurance plan (QAP).
